The Simple Funeral Service
Our charges provide the following services:
- Removal of the deceased from a local hospital, private address or nursing home situated within the Medway Towns or a 10 mile radius.
- A simulated veneered finished coffin, fitted with four handles, an engraved plate of inscription and lined with sheets and ruffle.
- A motor hearse only which will travel direct from our premises to either Medway Crematorium or a burial ground situated within
the Medway Towns, meeting the mourners at that point.
- Making all necessary arrangements, attendance of a funeral director and staff.
Excludes the following services:
- Provision of a limousine.
- Service other than that held at the Crematorium or Burial Ground.
- Listing of floral tributes.
- Ordering of floral tributes.
- Conveying the coffin into a church or private address prior to the funeral.
- Conveying floral tributes to a hospital or nursing home after the funeral.
- Embalming or Preparation (including dressing in personal clothing).
- Viewing the deceased at our private chapel
- Dealing with charitable donations.
- Placing obituary or acknowledgement notices.
