Any disbursement payments, that we are required to pay on your behalf, to third parties, will incur additional charges. These will be detailed in our written estimate.
The specification for the simple basic funeral is defined by the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD).
With this particular service we request that all payments be made prior to the funeral, alternatively we will accept a written undertaking from a recognised authority. Payment by credit card is acceptable, however a surcharge of 2% will apply on the total account.
Whilst every effort will be made to arrange the funeral on the day and time which is suitable to our client, we reserve the right to arrange the funeral to take place at such times suitable to us.
